How to enroll your child in a EnrichEd program

We are excited to have you join EnrichEd!

Your site Administrator can answer questions before you begin and provide information about rates, availability, and transportation, if applicable. When school is not in session, you can contact the EnrichEd Home Office at 401-723-2277.

Please complete the appropriate enrollment form:

New to EnrichEd?

Returning to EnrichEd?

 

Please note: Enrollment paperwork is required each school year (and for summer, if applicable). Families are encouraged to sign up early each year.

Submit Your Paperwork

After completing an Enrollment Packet, please give it to the EnrichEd staff via one of these methods:
