How do I enroll my child?

What forms or paperwork are needed to enroll my child?
Please visit our Enrollment page for all for the forms that we require to start your child at one of our locations. Enrollment paperwork is needed for each school year (or for summer, if applicable).
How do I know if my child is accepted into EnrichEd?
You will receive a confirmation email that states if your child is on the Enrollment List or Waiting List.
Is my child automatically enrolled each year?
No, we know family's schedules and needs change each school year. Please submit new enrollment paperwork each school year.
My child is on the waitlist - am I automatically enrolled for next year?
No, we know family's schedules and needs change each school year. Please submit new enrollment paperwork each year.
Can I resubmit a previous Enrollment Packet?
No, please submit a new packet each year. Some details change each year.
Where are your school age programs located?
Our Locations page lists the school districts where EnrichEd is located. Each site lists the schools that are bused to/from the elementary school where EnrichEd is located.
Do you offer busing to or from your EnrichEd locations?
Yes, EnrichEd buses students who attend schools in the school districts where EnrichEd is located. Each site lists the schools that are bused to/from the elementary school where EnrichEd is located.
What are my options if EnrichEd does not service my school district?
EnrichEd contracts with the school district that we work with to offer before and after school services, as well as bus arrangements, for all the schools in the district. Unfortunately only students who attend the schools listed on our Locations page can be bused to/from our programs. Please contact us if your school has put out a Request for Proposals for before or after school programs!
What days and times are you open?
All locations are open Monday through Friday. Our hours vary at each school district. Please check the hours listed on the EnrichEd site your child will attend.
What ages do you service?
Students in kindergarten to 12 years old can attend a EnrichEd program. EnrichEd is not currently licensed to offer programs for students in preschool.
How much is tuition?
Our rates vary at each school district. There are weekly and daily rates (with a 2 day minimum) with options for before school, after school, or before & after school. Please contact the location you are interested in attending for details.
What day does EnrichEd start in the fall?
We will be open on the first day of school. We will send an update after the school calendars are released. Please note that some schools may have different start dates for kindergarten students.
Is EnrichEd open during inclement weather?
EnrichEd decisions to remain open or closed will be based on the input of school personnel and the CEO, COO, or Vice President of EnrichEd. EnrichEd programs are not considered extra-curricular activities and will remain open unless an announcement states otherwise.
How do I sign up for weather or closing alerts for EnrichEd?
Please visit the Closing/Delays page for more information on how to receive alerts.
Families can also check local news channels or RIBA (RI Broadcasters Association) for closures, delays, or early dismissals.
Any closures, delays, or dismissals will be posted on Facebook after after a decision has been made.
Does EnrichEd offer summer camp or full day programs while school is closed?
Summer Learning program locations, dates, and times vary based on the school district that your child attends during the school year. Students must attend one of the schools with a EnrichEd program to attend a summer program. During the school year, your child's EnrichEd site will ask parents to sign up for full day programs when we are open.
Parents can also choose to send their child to a Dr. Day Care location that has a school age program, there are no additional registration or sign up fees. Please note that not every Dr. Day Care program is able to offer school age care, please check if the Dr. Day Care location nearest you offers school age programs.
Do you have field trips, enrichments, or special guests?
We invite special guests to our sites such as community helpers, school groups, athletic teams, etc. Enrichment Programs ensure all students are able to experience fun activity-based learning through quality comprehensive after school activities. These enrichments and curriculum activities reinforce the knowledge and skills needed for in-school success. Field trips are offered during school vacations and summers, some past field trips have included Mystic Aquarium, Battleship Cove, Patriots Place, and more.
How do I schedule my child for an Enrichment Program?
EnrichEd Enrichment Programs are offered seasonally, each site's Enrichment Programs vary. Please see our Enrichment page for more information.
Can my company or I book an Enrichment Program for EnrichEd students?
We would love to talk with individuals or companies to offer new and exciting Enrichment Programs for our students! Our Enrichment Programs are typically 6 weeks long, during after school hours. Please contact us at info@enrichedri.com or 401-723-2277 and ask to speak to the Educational Enrichment Coordinator.
Is EnrichEd nationally accredited?
Yes! EnrichEd sites are nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). The process of national accreditation involves an in-depth self-review against currently accepted best practice standards, an onsite visit by an evaluation team comprised of experts, and a subsequent review and decision by the accrediting body.

Is EnrichEd licensed?
All child care facilities must be licensed in RI by DHS (Department of Human Services). All of our centers are licensed, insured, nationally accredited, smoke free, and drug free.
